Recipe Steaks in green marinade

  • Beef steaks - 2 pieces
  • Greens - 1 Glass (parsley, mint, rosemary)
  • Garlic - 8 Teeth
  • Lemon - 2 pieces
  • Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste
  • Olive oil - 1/2 cup

Finely chop the greens. Fold the greens in the bowl of the blender. We grind it. Add the crushed garlic to the blender bowl. Add the juice of two lemons. There - soy sauce. Solim, pepper. Add the olive oil. Grind to homogeneity. With the steaks cut off excess fat, slightly beat them. We make a few shallow incisions on the steaks. Put the steaks in a sealed bag. There we pour marinade. Tightly close the package - and send the meat in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to marinate. Even better - at night. We put the marinated steaks on the grill. Fry 5-7 minutes (until crusty crust) on one side. Another 5 minutes fry steak on the other side. Steaks in a green marinade are ready. Bon Appetit! ;)
