List of necessary products to your attention. 1st: mine and cut the meat in small pieces. Then we put it in a pan and fill it with water. We put the broth cooked for 60-90 minutes, in the remaining 30 minutes you can add greens. An important point (!) Follow the broth, as soon as the foam begins to approach it, you must immediately remove it and reduce the fire, so that all this yummy was cooked in a slightly gurgling mode. 2nd: While meat is being cooked we will prepare tomatoes. We do it this way: my tomatoes and fill them with boiling water completely. Remove them from the skin and cut into cubes. 3: We do not lose time, meat is cooked and we do not stand still. We cut an onion, we throw it on a frying pan, preliminary having poured there a vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown. After this, we add a couple of tablespoons of broth to the onion and leave it on a shallow fire. After 5 minutes, add the tomatoes prepared before and leave another 10 minutes. The meat was almost cooked, so it's time to add the contents of our frying pan to the pan and wait until the broth boils, after which add the rice. The broth should be boiled again and now you need to reduce the heat and give the soup to boil. In a couple of minutes, add the bay leaf basil and peas. We cook for another 5 minutes. The soup is almost ready, only garlic, parsley, dill and coriander are left. We cook for another 2 minutes and let it brew, about 1 hour. After that, your soup is ready, which means it's time to dine!
