Let's start with the chicken. Chicken fillet must be cut into long enough thin pieces and marinate in a mixture of olive oil, juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper and oregano. We marinium for at least 3 hours. Cucumber rub on a medium grater and squeeze from the liquid (but without fanaticism - from the cucumber juice does not need to squeeze). Mix the grated cucumber with yoghurt, juice of half a lemon, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. You will get about this sauce - this is the Greek sauce tsatsiki. It remains to fry the marinated chicken pieces on a quick fire until a ruddy crust is formed. It's literally 7-8 minutes - the chicken fillet is fried very quickly. Serve immediately with cooked sauce.
