Oatmeal cookies with cherries and honey

Ingredients:
  • Flour - 1 1/4 Cups
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Butter - 1 cup
  • Light brown sugar - 1 cup
  • Honey - 1/4 cup
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces
  • Extract of vanilla - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Oatmeal - 3 cups
  • Dried cherries - 1 glass
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Spoon two baking sheets with baking paper or parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and salt together. Set aside. Beat butter, sugar and honey in a bowl with an electric mixer at high speed, about 4 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla, beaten. Reduce the speed and gradually add a mixture of flour, whip. Add oat flakes and dried cherries. Lay out 1 tablespoon of dough at a distance of about 2 cm from each other on prepared baking sheets. Bake until lightly golden, from 10 to 12 minutes. Leave to cool on sheets for 5 minutes. Put the cookies on the grill and allow to cool completely. The cookie can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days.
