Recipe for "Tutti-frutti" smoothies
- Banana - 1 piece (peeled, chopped)
- Fresh or frozen blueberries - 1/4 Cups
- Fresh or frozen strawberries - 1/4 Cups (sliced)
- Milk - 3/4 Cups
- Pomegranate juice - 1/4 cup (chilled, also suitable for the juice of black currant, grapes, cranberries)
- Vanilla frozen yogurt - 1/4 cup (or pineapple sorbet)
In a blender, mix a banana, berries, milk, juice, and yogurt until smooth. Spill on glasses and serve.
