1. First of all, you need to make a dough. In a separate bowl add the sifted flour, yeast and salt. Pour hot water into the flour, 175 ml. Mix the dough well and add butter. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it for 15 minutes. 2. Rinse vegetables and drain for filling. Grind basil. Cut the tomatoes into rings. And mozzarella cut into small pieces. 3. The prepared dough is designed for 4 pizzas. Therefore, divide it into 4 balls and cover with a film for 15-20 minutes. 4.
