Oatmeal Cookies with White Chocolate Recipe

  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Softened butter - 14 st. Spoons
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Light brown sugar - 1/4 Cups
  • Egg, large - 1 piece
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Oat flakes - 2 1/2 cups
  • White chocolate - 180 grams
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls

1. Chop the white chocolate. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Mix the flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a bowl. Beat butter and sugar with a mixer in a bowl at medium speed. Scrape off the remainder of the mixture on a bowl with a rubber spatula, then add the egg and vanilla extract and beat again. Gradually add the flour mixture to a homogeneous consistency. Gradually add oatmeal and white chocolate and mix. 2. Divide the dough into 24 equal parts, each approximately 2 tablespoons. Roll between the palms of the balls, put on a prepared baking sheet about 6 cm apart. Using your fingers lightly press down each ball to make it about 2 cm thick. 3. Sprinkle each biscuit with sea salt. Bake the biscuits to a deep golden color, about 13-16 minutes. 4. Put on the grill and allow to cool.
