We are engaged in ingredients: Carrots cut into strips (you can grate on a large grater), pepper cut into thin slices. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces - as in the photo. In a frying pan, we heat the oil, put our chicken in it. Fry 3-4 minutes from all sides. The chicken should turn out completely ready and slightly roasted - so it is more tasty. Mix the chicken with sliced ​​vegetables and squeezed garlic. We fill with sour cream, salt and add thyme to taste. Done!
