  • Egg white - 8 pieces
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Salt - - To taste

1. Boil the milk over medium heat. Then reduce the temperature to very low. 2. Preheat the oven to 250 C. Beat the egg whites into a foam using an electric mixer. Add a pinch of salt and beat again. 3. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix. 4. Add a tablespoon of egg whites to the milk. Wait 2 minutes, then turn to the side and leave again for a couple of minutes. Get the proteins out of the milk. 5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Proteins will rise, so you will need deep dishes for baking.
