  • Cherry - 250 Grams

First you need to take a red one (best of all- dry) wine, cherry, sugar, cloves and a little flour. Cherries for sauce can be used both fresh and frozen. If the cherry is frozen, then it must be defrosted beforehand. It's also important to choose bones from berries! First you need to take a pan and pour the wine into it and put on medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes. Next add wine to vanilla sugar, ordinary sugar and cloves and all this also cook for about 5 minutes. Next, add cherries and continue to cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The next step - add a tablespoon of flour and mix well, so that God forbid formed lumps. Cook the sauce until thick. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally. The sauce is best served warm.
