  • Sour cabbage - 500 Grams (filling)
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon (filling)

1. Prepare the dough. Yeast diluted in warm water. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead the dough. It should look smooth and soft. Leave it for one hour, covered with a napkin. 2. While the dough comes, we will prepare the filling. Onions and carrots should be washed and cleaned. Cut the onions into cubes, and grate the carrots. Warm up a little oil in a skillet and fry the vegetables. 3. Add the cabbage, salt and pepper to the pan. Stew vegetables about 5 minutes. 4. While the filling cools, prepare the sauce.
