By the way, lime in the recipe can be replaced with a lemon, i.e. Just take more spoons of lemon juice. But, I think, all the same, lime brings its own contribution to the taste of canned cherries. Try different options and choose your favorite. In order to preserve the sweet cherry, it is necessary: 1. Wash the cherries, remove the bones from them and put them in a saucepan. 2. Add to the cherry juice of lime and lemon, cinnamon. Mix gently. 3. Put mixture on medium heat and bring to a boil. 4. When the cherry boils add sugar and pectin, mix and boil for three minutes. 5.
