Recipe Chocolate sweet potato cakes

  • Butter - 4 items. Spoons
  • Unsweetened cocoa - 2/3 Glass
  • Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Mashed potatoes - 2/3 Cups
  • Vanilla extract - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Instant coffee - 1/4 Teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Lubricate the square pie shape with oil, set aside. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and mix the butter with cocoa. Allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Add the egg, sugar and mashed potatoes. In a small bowl, mix the vanilla and coffee together, add to the cocoa mixture. Add the cocoa mixture to the flour mixture and mix well. Put it in the prepared form, straighten it from the top. Bake for about 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving.
