Recipe Tea Garam Masala
- Water - 2 cups
- A slice of ginger - 1 piece
- Cardamom seeds - 3 pieces
- Red Label tea - 3-4 Teaspoons
- Low-fat milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 st. Spoon (to taste)
Put a pot of water (2 cups) on a mediumFire. Grate a small piece of ginger. Crumble cardamom. When bubbles appear in the water, add cardamom and grated ginger. In a few minutes, add the Red Label. Stir and bring to a boil. Pour low-fat 2% milk. Boil for 3-5 minutes. Turn off the fire. Strain the tea through a sieve. Add sugar to taste.
