Recipe Wafers with brown oil

  • Unsalted butter - 6 items. Spoons
  • Flour - 1 glass (plus 2 tablespoons)

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Buttermilk - 1 glass
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces
  • Unsalted butter for waffle iron - To taste

1. Melt the butter on medium heat in a small saucepan. Cook until the oil turns brown and a nutty aroma, for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. 2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Make a groove in the center of the flour and pour buttermilk and egg yolks. Gently whisk all the ingredients together with a whisk. 3. Add the brown oil and beat until completely dissolved. 4. In a bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer into a foam. 5. Gently add whipped whites into the dough in two sets. Mix. 6. Lightly lubricate the waffle maker with butter and prepare the wafers in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. 7.
