Casserole from spinach and artichokes

  • Fresh spinach leaves - 4 cups
  • Cream cheese - 240 Grams
  • Fat-free mayonnaise - 1/4 Glass
  • Grated parmesan cheese. Spoons
  • Skim milk - 1/4 cup
  • Cloves of garlic - 2 pieces
  • Dried basil leaves - 1 teaspoon
  • Artichokes - 420 Grams

Preheat oven to 160 degrees, greaseForm for baking. Put the spinach in a saucepan, add 1/4 cups of water. Cover and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Drain the water and put the spinach on paper towels to remove excess liquid. Fight off the spinach. In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese with a spoon until smooth. Add mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic and basil, mix well. Add a lot of spinach together with artichokes. Evenly distribute the mass in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with slices of baguette or raw vegetables if desired.
