Frankfurt Vegetable Soup Recipe

  • Carrots - 300 Grams

Add the leek to the bacon, fry for another 1 minute. Now add the root of parsley and carrots, stir and fry for 2 more minutes. Now add kohlrabi and celery. Stir and fry all together for 3-4 minutes. Now add cauliflower, green beans and green peas. I was frozen. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. We shift all the vegetables in a saucepan, fill it with broth. Add salt, thyme, pepper, garlic. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for another 20 minutes without a lid. Done!
