Recipe Chocolate cake with nut glaze

Ingredients:
  • Unsalted butter - 1 cup
  • Cocoa - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Hot water - 1 glass
  • Flour - 2 cups
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Buttermilk - 1/2 cup
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Sticks of unsalted butter - 1 3/4 Pieces (glaze)
  • Cocoa - 1/2 Cups (glaze)
  • Milk - 6 items. Spoons (glaze)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon (glaze)
  • Salt - 1/4 Teaspoons (glaze)
  • Sugar powder - 4 cups (glaze)
  • Nuts - 1/2 Glass (glaze)
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and mix with cocoa. Beat with sugar and add hot water, mix. In a medium bowl, mix flour, soda and salt. Add the flour mixture to the pan and mix. In a medium bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs and vanilla lightly. 2. Slowly pour the chocolate mixture and whisk. 3. Pour the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 20-22 minutes. 4. Make the glaze. Finely chop nuts. Melt the butter on medium heat in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and mix with cocoa. Add milk, vanilla and salt, mix thoroughly. Add sugar powder, 1 glass at a time, and mix until homogeneous. Add chopped nuts and mix. 5. Remove the finished pie from the oven. Pour the cake evenly cooked with warm glaze. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
