Grilled Pizza Recipe with Asparagus and Tomatoes
- A bunch of asparagus - 1 piece
- A bunch of green onions - 1 piece
- Dried tomatoes - 1/2 cup
- Ready-made pizza dough - 450 Grams
- Ricotta - 1 cup
Heat the grill to medium temperature. In a large bowl, mix the asparagus, green onions and 1 tablespoon of butter from tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Fry on the grill, turning occasionally until the vegetables are soft, from 6 to 9 minutes. Allow to cool and cut the asparagus and onions into 3 parts. Lubricate a large sheet for baking 1 tablespoon of butter from tomatoes. On a lightly floured work surface, divide the dough in half. Form two ovals with a diameter of 22 cm. Put on prepared sheets for baking and grease with the remaining oil. Bake on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer the fried side up on the baking sheet. Put the ricotta, asparagus, green onions and tomatoes on the dough, spreading evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Fry on the grill until the ricotta melts, from 3 to 5 minutes. Put the pizza on a cutting board, cut in half and serve.
