Recipe Chocolate biscuits with cherries

Ingredients:
  • Flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Butter - 1 cup
  • Light brown sugar - 3/4 Cups
  • Granulated sugar - 3/4 Glass
  • Big egg - 1 piece
  • Extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon
  • Oat flakes - 1 1/2 cups
  • Dried cherries - 1 glass
  • Bitter chocolate - 180 grams
  • Toffee - 1 cup
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175gradusov. Line the baking tray with parchment paper, set aside. In a large bowl, sift flour, soda and salt. In a bowl with an electric mixer, whip butter and brown sugar at medium speed, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the egg and whisk the mixture at high speed. Add the vanilla, mix. Add flour mixture and whisk at low speed until the mass is well mixed. Add oatmeal, cherry, chocolate and toffee, whisking after each addition. Using a scoop for ice cream, put the dough on a prepared baking sheet, forming a biscuit, at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Bake the cookies until golden brown for 13 to 15 minutes. Let cool on the grate. Store cookies in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
