  • Step 1 To prepare this soup we will need: meat broth (I have chicken), breadcrumbs and small vermicelli or any small pasta.
  • Step 2 And also the egg, carrots, onions, any hard cheese and potatoes.
  • Step 3 Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  • Step 4 Put the saucepan on the stove with the broth. In the boiling broth we lower the potatoes.

  • Step 6 We send onions and carrots into the pan.
