  • Tequila - 120 milliliters (cocktail)
  • Cointreau - 120 milliliters (cocktail)
  • Soda - 120 milliliters (cocktail)

1. Prepare sugar syrup with rhubarb. To do this, mix the water, sugar and chopped rhubarb into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes until the sugar dissolves, and the mixture does not turn pink. 2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and cool it. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve, rubbing the rhubarb with a rubber spatula and releasing the liquid. 3. For this recipe, you will get 1 cup syrup. For a cocktail you only need 120 ml. 4. Mix the squeezed orange juice and lime juice, tequila, Cointreau, soda and rhubarb syrup. 5. Stir in the shaker for 10 seconds, then pour over the glasses. Decorate the glasses with slices of lime if desired.
