Ukrainian Waffle Cake Recipe

  • Waffles (packing) - 1 Piece
  • Boiled condensed milk (can) - 1 Piece
  • Butter - 50 Grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Ingredients. Here are the same wafers in question. Mix the condensed milk with butter. Then we add lemon juice. Beat at high speed for 2-3 minutes. We take the waffle cake, grease it with the resulting cream. Similarly, we form the whole cake - we grease the cakes and overlap each other. We put the cake under the press for two hours, so that the wafers are properly sealed. We cut the cake into small pieces (purely Ukrainian style) and serve it. Slick! :)
