The recipe for jam from cloudberry
- Moroshka - 1 Kilogram
- Sugar - 1 Kilogram
- Water - 1.5 cups
The cloudberry jam is prepared as follows: 1. Berries are washed under a stream of cold water, carefully sorted (cleaned of litter, etc.), let dry. 2. We lower the berries in the previously prepared sugar syrup (sugar dissolved in boiling water). Leave the berries in syrup for 2 hours. 3. Then put the berries together with the syrup on the fire and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes until ready. 4. Hot jam, until it has cooled, we pour on sterilized jars. The cloudberry jam is ready for long-term storage.
