The recipe for marshmallow at home
- Sugar - 2 Art. Spoons
- Water - 100 Milliliters
- Gelatin - 10 Grams
- Citric acid - 0.5 teaspoons
- Soda - To taste (on the tip of the knife)
- Flavor, color - To taste
1. To gelatin swell, soak it in cold water (do it in advance). In a saucepan pour sugar, pour water and bring to a boil. Add, if desired, food colors and flavors. When the syrup begins to boil, cook for three minutes and add gelatin. Remove from the fire and mix thoroughly. 2. For about five minutes, mix another hot mixture. Then five minutes of the mixture give a rest. Then again a little whisk. 3. Add citric acid and soda to the mixture. We beat about 10 minutes more. The mass should become thick, and its volume should increase markedly. 4. On a silicone or glass surface using a spoon or a syringe, put the pre-cooled mass, the mass is quite sticky. Leave the workpieces at room temperature for a whole night. 5. In the morning we remove the halves of marshmallows and glue them in two pieces. Zephyr is ready.
