Egg salad recipe for sandwiches
- Egg - 8 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 Glass
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 1/4 Glass (finely chopped)
- Paprika - 1/2 Teaspoon (salt and pepper to taste)
1) Put the eggs in a saucepan with cold water. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Leave the eggs in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Then remove them from the water, peel and cut them. 2) Throw the chopped egg in a bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, green onions. Salt, pepper and add a little more paprika. Mix well and serve with your favorite bread or with drying.
