  • Tomatoes in own juice - 500 Grams
  • Vegetable oil - 2 items. Spoons
  • Vinegar 6% - 1 Teaspoon
  • Black Ground Pepper - - To taste
  • Sugar - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Salt - - To taste

Ingredients. Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings. My meat, remove all the veins and fat, cut into small pieces with a side about 2-3 cm. Fry the onion until golden. Add the meat and, stirring, fry the meat with onion for 5-7 minutes. When the meat changes color and is covered with a small crust, we make the fire minimal, and pour water into the frying pan - so that the contents of the frying pan are completely hidden. When the liquid is half evaporated, add the tomatoes to the frying pan and continue to simmer over low heat. After a few minutes, add the vinegar and spices. Stir and simmer on low heat until ready for meat and the desired consistency of gravy. Serve hot with garnish and vegetables. Bon Appetit.
