Recipe Multicolored Beze
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 3/4 Cups
- Cornstarch - 1/2 teaspoons
- Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- Food coloring - 1 Drop (green, red, etc.)
Separate egg whites from yolks. We need only proteins. Beat the proteins in the foam with a mixer or electric mixer. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, then once more whisk the whites. Add the remaining sugar by constantly whisking. Add, mix starch and lemon juice. Bezel should look smooth and glossy. Divide the meringue into 3 cups. Add in each cup a small drop of food coloring in different colors. Stir the meringue with a spatula and dye. Refill the meringue in a confectionery bag. Squeeze the meringue onto the baking tray. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. Then, get the baking tray with the meringue and cool it.
