Celery caviar recipe

  • Celery root - 500 Grams
  • Walnuts - 20-30 Grams

The root of the celery should be washed and cleaned. Then cut it into 6-8 pieces and boil it in salted water until cooked, just like cook potatoes. When the blade of the knife becomes easy to enter into the celery - then ready. Parallel to this, using a blender in the crumb we chop the garlic and walnuts. We merge water from a saucepan with celery, leaving it just a little bit at the bottom. Using a blender, crush the celery to a soft, smooth smoothie. Mix the puree of celery with chopped garlic and nuts. Very well mix everything with a spoon, taste it - if necessary, salt and pepper. Actually, our caviar from celery is ready. In the refrigerator, in a tightly closed container, caviar can be cooked for up to 5 days.
