1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Prepare a crust for pie. To do this, in a large bowl, combine the pie dough, melted butter and egg. Mix the mixture well with a wooden spoon until a uniform consistency is obtained. 2. Put the resulting dough on a baking tray and spread evenly on the bottom. Put the baking tray aside. 3. Next, prepare the cream filling. In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese with an electric mixer. Add eggs, salt, melted butter, vanilla extract and beat to a homogeneous consistency. 4. Then add 3 cups of sugar powder, one cup at a time, whipping after each addition. 5. Put the resulting filling over the dough and spread evenly with a spatula over the surface. 6. Bake the cake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining powdered sugar on top, cut into slices and serve.
