Heart-shaped cookies with white chocolate

  • Flour - 3 1/2 cups
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Butter - 300 Grams
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon
  • White chocolate - 450 Grams (large-sliced)
  • Vegetable fat - 1/4 teaspoons

Mix the flour and salt in a bowl, set aside. Beat butter and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed. Add the vanilla, mix. Add the flour mixture. Beat at low speed. Put the dough on a floured surface. Form the balloon, wrap it in polyethylene and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Roll out the dough on a 6 mm thick flour-padded surface. Cut the hearts with a cookie cutter. Put the cookies on baking sheets and bake in the oven until light brown, from 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a small bowl, mounted over a pot of boiling water. Add fat, whisk until smooth. Lubricate the chilled pastry with chocolate glaze. Add the dye to the remaining glaze and decorate the biscuits at will.
