- Granular mustard - 2 teaspoons
- Root of fresh ginger, cm - 2 Pieces
- Garlic - 4 Teeth
- Fresh rosemary, sprig - 1 piece (or 1 tsp dry powder)
- Salt, pepper - To taste
1. The meat should be rinsed well and wiped well. Remove excess film from the piece. Spread a piece of meat with salt and pepper. In this form, the meat should stand up a little. Garlic finely chop or squeeze through garlic. The root of fresh ginger is finely chopped. Grind a branch of rosemary, if you have it fresh. In a separate vessel, mix all these ingredients. To make the meat soaked with the aroma of all the seasonings, it should be left overnight in the refrigerator. The next day we take the meat out of the refrigerator. Turn it into several layers of foil. Oven to heat up to 200 degrees. How long does it take to keep the meat in the oven? Count this: for every 500 g of meat it takes 20 minutes and another 20 minutes for the whole piece. If you took as a prescription 1.5 kg of meat, then you need 1 hour and 20 minutes of time.
