- Macaroni (spaghetti) - 500 Grams
- Minced meat (pork and beef) - 500 Grams
- Tomato paste - 2 items. Spoons
- Potatoes - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 st. a spoon
- Spices - To taste (seasoning for cutlets and minced meat)
1. In the dishes (preferably should be a thick bottom), in vegetable oil, fry minced meat. Now, when the mincemeat is ready, add the tomato paste, spices, you can add onions and garlic. Then remove the minced meat and put it on a plate. 2. Pasta (spaghetti) cook until done. 3. We wash the potatoes, then we clean it from the skin and cut it into plates, we put it into the dishes, in which we fried the stuffing. Potatoes should close the bottom. 4. Put the minced meat first, then the pasta (spaghetti). Layers must begin and end with minced meat. 5. Cover the dishes with a lid. Frying pan or saucepan should be tightly closed. Do not open the lid and do not stir! 20 minutes stew, fire small. 6. Finished "Macaroni in the Eastern" well stir. For the dish to be beautiful, do not mix the potatoes.
