Recipe Cake Linzer with raspberries and apples

Let's start with the filling. We mix raspberries with sugar. We put raspberries with sugar on medium heat, mash with a fork, bring to a boil and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Cut apples into medium sized pieces and mix with hot raspberries. We also add gelatin here. We mix it - and freeze in a refrigerator for 1 hour. Now, take up the dough. Cedar nucleoli are crushed. Butter, we rub together with yolks, rum, sugar, cinnamon and salt. In the creamy mass, add nuts and flour. Mix and knead the dough. We make a dough from a dough. We wrap our ball in film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. After half an hour we divide the dough into two unequal parts, the smaller of which is left in the refrigerator, and the larger is rolled out and distributed on a greased baking dish. We form the sides, as in the photo. With a fork, we puncture our dough, lay out our jelly filling in it. Evenly distributed. The smaller part of the test is thinly rolled out and cut into strips of medium thickness. From the cut ribbons we form a mesh on the cake (for clarity, see the photo). We put the oven in our preheated to 180 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. Done! Cool and serve. Bon Appetit! :)
