Now let's prepare the dressing for the salad. Pour olive oil into the bowl, squeeze a pair of cloves of garlic into it, then squeeze out the juice of half a lemon (or lime). Thoroughly mix and leave. In a large bowl shinkuyu greens, we also add the large chopped lettuce leaves, as well as sliced ​​tomatoes and thin plates of peppers. We fill with the dressing we prepared, salt and pepper. We mix it well. Put on a plate of salad, over the salad lay mussels. Cut boiled eggs cut into large slices, spread them over the salad. Colorful, delicious and nutritious salad is ready! :)
