Recipe Curry Sauce

Ingredients:
  • Small bulb - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 1 Tooth (large)
  • Curry powder - 2 st. Spoons
  • Flour - 1 st. a spoon
  • Meat broth - 250 milliliters
  • Small apple - 1 piece
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Cream - 2 items. Spoons
  • Olive oil - 4 items. Spoons
Instructions

Curry sauce perfectly suits dishesEastern cuisine. It also fits well with lamb and poultry dishes. Preparation: Grind onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add onion and garlic, fry over low heat. Add the flour, stir and fry for 2 minutes. Remove the frying pan from the fire. Pour in the broth and add the curry powder. Stir and bring the sauce to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the peeled and grated apple. Add mustard and lemon juice, mix. At the end, add cream. Serve the sauce hot.
