Instructions

1. Make a stuffing. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl. Add the chopped butter and mix until the mixture looks like crumbs. If the mixture is too soft, hold it for 10 minutes in the refrigerator, before proceeding. Stir with chocolate chips. Put in the refrigerator before use. 2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Fill the form for muffins with paper liners. In a medium bowl, sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt. In another medium bowl, knead the bananas with a fork until the consistency of the puree. You can also use a food processor for this. 3. In a small bowl, mix the boiling water and cocoa. The mixture should resemble melted chocolate. If it is too thick, add another 1 tablespoon of water, but do not make the mixture too liquid. Set aside. 4. In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar with a mixer. Add eggs and whip. Stir with vanilla extract. Add 1/3 flour mixture and whip at low speed. Add half of the banana puree and mix well. Add another third of the flour and mix. Add the remaining banana puree and mix. Add the remaining flour and whisk the dough thoroughly. Divide the dough into 2 parts, 1/4 cup of dough into a bowl and add cinnamon with nutmeg, mix well. Add chocolate mass to the remaining dough and mix. Spread 1 tablespoon of chocolate dough into each paper insert in the form, then put 1 tablespoon of the usual dough on top (with spices). 5. Using a toothpick, gently stir both doughs, creating a marbling effect. 6. Sprinkle evenly and sprinkle the muffins in the oven for 14-16 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
