Apple Pie Sugar-Free Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Flour - 2 Cups
  • Baking powder for dough - 2 st. Spoons
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Apple sauce - 5.5 cups
  • Brown sugar substitute - 3/4 Glass
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
  • Raisins - 1/2 cup
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 175-180 degrees Celsius. Lubricate the bread mold about 20 by 10 cm in size. 2. Sift with flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside. 3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs to a white foam, and then add a sugar substitute, mix, pour apple sauce and add vanillin. Mix again. 4. Add flour to the egg mass and stir until the dough is completely homogeneous, add the raisins and mix again. 5. Pour the resulting dough into a bread mold. Bake at a temperature of 175-180 degrees for about an hour. Readiness of the pie can be checked by sticking a toothpick into it. If nothing remains on it, then the dish can be pulled out of the oven.
