Recipe Sushi Meat

  • Rice - 1 Piece (special for sushi (sachet))
  • Beef - 1 piece (smoked, thinly sliced)
  • Wasabi - 1 piece
  • Canned bamboo - 1 piece (optional)
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Tofu - 1 piece
  • Sweet pepper - 1 piece
  • Cucumber - 1 piece (fresh)

First you need to cook rice for sushi. You will need a bowl of cold water to soak your hands and knife. Thus avoid sticking. Next, cut the bamboo, sweet pepper, cucumber and avocado with small straws. Spread rice on meat, do not forget to wet your hands with cold water. Special rice for sushi keeps shape better. We add bamboo, cucumber, sweet pepper, avocado. Slightly refuel the wasabi and tofu cheese. Fold the sushi rolls and cut into equal pieces with a knife, after having moistened it with cold water.
