  • Salmon fillet - 500 Grams

So, we begin. We cut the fish with a small cube, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into it, we set it aside. Onion finely chopped and fried until transparent, then add to the onion fish. Fry the fish with the onion for 3 minutes, then add the cream to the pan. After 3-4 minutes add the flour to the pan. Quickly mix, so that the flour does not have time to curl up into large lumps. We bring the contents of the frying pan to a boil and immediately shift to pots or coconut bottles. On top put a little grated cheese and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.
