Recipe: Pasta Salad
- Packaging of medium sized shellfish macaroni - 1 Piece
- Sliced bacon - 500 Grams
- Light sauce for salad - 1 1/2 cups
- Sliced onions - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
Bring a large pot of slightly salted waterTo a boil. Add the pasta and cook until soft, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water for cooling. At the same time, cook the bacon in a large deep frying pan over medium heat until brown and crispy. Remove from the frying pan and drain with paper towels. In a large bowl, mix the sauce, onions and tomatoes. Mix with chilled pasta. Pasta will absorb liquid, so do not worry if it seems like too much. Put in the refrigerator for several hours or at night. Add the bacon on top before serving.
