Prepare ingredients - tomatoes and basilSlop, garlic clean. Blanching tomatoes: we make cross-shaped incisions, throw the tomatoes in boiling water for 20 seconds. Remove the tomato peel. We cut each tomato into 3-4 parts, put it in the bowl of the blender. We grind everything to homogeneity. Finely chop the garlic. Fry garlic until clear, from time to time mix. Fill the garlic with tomato puree. On slow fire bring the sauce to a boil, and then boil to the desired consistency.
