Recipe Salad with squid and egg

  • Eggs - 8 pieces
  • Squids - 300 Grams
  • Mayonnaise - 100 Grams
  • Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste

Boil the hard boiled eggs. Squid is thawed (if you have frozen), throw into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, after which it is drained with iced water. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Eggs and squids are cut into cubes of arbitrary size (I like bigger eggs and squid smaller ones), we break off the leaves with fresh thyme. Add the leaves of fresh thyme into the mayonnaise mixture, mix thoroughly. We mix eggs and squid, we fill with the prepared dressing. Salad with squids and eggs is ready, but before serving it must be put at least half an hour in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit.
