Ingredients:
  • Flour - 4 Cups
  • Sugar - 3/4 Glass
  • Baking Powder - 3 Teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
  • Orange juice - 1/4 Glass
  • Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg - 3 pieces
  • Softened butter - 40 Grams
  • Raspberry jam - 100 milliliters
  • Raisins - - To taste
  • Walnuts - - To taste
  • Cinnamon - - To taste

In a bowl, we shed flour, salt and baking powder. In another container, mix orange juice, vanillin, butter and 3 eggs. The liquid mixture is poured into the floury. We knead the dough, wrap it with film and put it on the refrigerator for 1 hour. We cut the dough into 4 parts. We roll each part of the test into a rectangle. For each rectangle, apply a layer of butter and jam. To taste, sprinkle the dough with raisins and chopped walnuts. Each rectangle is rolled up according to the principle of roll. Each roll is cut into 10-14 pieces. This will be our buns. It remains to carefully place all the buns on a greased baking sheet and bake. Bake 25 minutes or 190 degrees. Done!
