Onions are cleaned and finely chopped, carrots are cleaned andWe rub on a small grater. Fry the onion until golden, add grated carrots. Fry for 1 minute. We add about half a glass of water to the pan. Stew until the water is completely evaporated. When the water is boiled almost completely, add semolina to the pan. Stir and warm for 2-3 minutes. Must be a carrot mass, a consistency resembling a thick porridge. Remove from the fire, cool the mass. If desired, add spices.
