  • Vegetable oil - 500 milliliters (the amount of oil is given for deep-frying, if you fry in a pan - the oil will need much less)
  • Water 1.5 liters

We disassemble the broccoli on the inflorescences and wash it well.Under the stream of water. In boiling salted water, we throw broccoli for 3-4 minutes. We divide the boiled broccoli into a colander and, while the water is draining, we cook the dessert. For batter, we mix beer, eggs, salt, sugar and pepper. Add the flour and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. If you want to get a thick crust of batter - make it thicker. We heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan. Inflorescences dip in batter and gently dip into hot oil. Fry from all sides and put the finished pieces on a paper towel or napkin to absorb the excess fat.
