  • Meat broth - 2 cups
  • Milk - 3 glasses
  • Fatty cream - 1 glass

  • Broccoli - 4 cups

1. Boil broccoli until soft, cool and grind in a blender or food processor to a consistency of mashed potatoes. 2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter. Add the chopped onion and fry over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir with flour and fry for 3 minutes, stirring. 3. Slowly pour the milk, cream and meat broth, mix until homogeneous. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 4. Add broccoli and two kinds of grated cheddar cheese. 5. Continue stirring until the cheese has completely melted. Add salt and black ground pepper to taste. The longer this soup is, the thicker it becomes. 6. Cut a circle at the top of the wheat bread. Remove the pulp in the center, forming a bowl. 7. Using a ladle, pour the cooked soup into a bread bowl. Sprinkle a small handful of grated cheese on top and immediately serve.
