Salad from cauliflower, cucumber and pasta

  • Eggs - 5 pieces
  • Cucumber long - 1 piece
  • Macaroni - 200 Grams
  • Corn (canned) - 400 Grams
  • Cauliflower - 1/2 Pieces
  • Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup (can be replaced with sour cream)
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste

Whisk 5 eggs with salt and pepper. In a frying pan warm the butter, pour the egg mixture there. Fry it on one side until the eggs catch. Do not mix - we need a big egg pancake. Turn, fry the other side until the appearance of a golden brown color. The pancake is thick enough, therefore it is better to turn it several times so that it is evenly baked. It is necessary that on both sides we have a golden brownish crust. The resulting pancake is cut first into vertical bars ... ... then - to horizontal ones. Put the resulting pieces into a bowl for a salad. Cucumber peel, finely chop and add to salad. There we also add corn (without liquid). Half of the head of cauliflower is cut into small pieces, and the pasta is cooked until ready. Both add to the salad. Stir, season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Bon Appetit! :)
