  • Softened butter - 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup

  • Peanut butter - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Vanilla - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Flour - 1 1 / 2-2 Glass

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. To lace the two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of flour with soda and salt. Leave aside. Mixer with a butter and sugar together in a medium bowl. Add the egg and whip, then add the vanilla and peanut butter. 2. Add a mixture of flour and soda and mix. Add half the remaining flour to the mixture and mix well until smooth. Add more flour if the dough is too wet. It should not be sticky. Form small balls from the test. Roll each in sugar and put on a baking tray. 3. Using your thumb, make a groove in the center of each cookie. 4. Put a little jam in the cavity. 5. Bake the biscuits for about 15 minutes, until golden brown. Allow the liver to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then put it on the counter and allow to cool completely before serving.
