  • Milk - 250 Milliliters
  • Yeast - 25 Grams
  • Butter - 100 Grams

  • Flour - 500 Grams

  • Peaches - 4-5 Pieces (stuffing)

1. Do the spit. Sugar syrup is bred in warm milk, add salt, melted butter, beaten egg. 2. In warm milk, stir the yeast and mix with the rest of the products. On the sieve we sift the flour. Mix half the sifted flour. 3. Cover the bowl with the napkin and put the bowl in a warm place for thirty minutes. Add the rest of the flour to the pan and mix the dough well. One hour and a half dough is left in a bowl. 4. Sprinkle the board with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangle. 5. With baking paper cover the bottom of the baking dish. Place the dough in a mold. Cut the peaches in half and into ten parts - each half. From above on the pie we spread peaches, gently pressing dough into the dough. Pour the cake with sugar and leave a proof for 30 minutes. The temperature is 200 degrees, bake for thirty minutes. 6. Apricot jam is heated in a bowl. Top the pie with jam.
